Whether you're offering plain, vanilla, cinnamon, or any other variety of batter, this Liege style waffle maker produces a single 4" x 7" rich, dense, and sweet waffle at a time, with the unmistakably uneven edges that Liege fans have come to know and love. This maker features removable cast iron plates for even cooking, and the plates are designed with a 180-degree hinge, so you can prepare waffles from scratch or reheat them if they're pre-cooked. Plus, the included adjustable temperature dial allows you to modify the cooking temperature from 120-570 degrees Fahrenheit, providing you with full quality control when cooking different batters.

This unit is built with a durable stainless steel frame for long-lasting performance and low maintenance, and its on / off switch with a power indicator light makes for simple self-serve operation. For easy cleanup, the drip tray can be removed and the stainless steel frame can be wiped down. This unit requires a 208-240V electrical connection for operation and produces an output of 1352-1800W.
