The Hatco Dual Induction Range is amazing the controls are intuitive and have a very good tactile feeling. I really appreciate the thermometer control. The single solid glass top is also great and easy to clean. At high power, we can get a 3-gallon pot of water to boil in about 15 min. In my opinion, this unit is better than the Vollrath Cayanne units we previously were using. My only cons and the reason I gave only 4 stars is that the cord comes out the back and needs an additional 2" on the countertop. I also worry that the knobs on the front will get bumped by a heavy pan and will be damaged. Hatco should put some kind of protective ring or shield around the knob. WebstaurantStore sent the item quickly and it was received in good condition. Overall we are very happy!

This Hatco IRNG-PC2F-29 high-power heavy-duty commercial dual induction range is ready for your busy kitchen. The dual range is configured from front to back, so you can optimize your limited counter space and fit the unit anywhere that suits your needs! It is adjustable in one degree increments, and features time controls from 30 seconds to 10 hours. Its easy-to-use control knob and push-button control panel make it easy to set the temperature, with just a spin of the dial bringing product to a boil or simmer.
Just place an induction-ready pot or pan on the range, enter the desired temperature, and the range creates an electromagnetic field that heats the pan without releasing heat into the air. Exceptional pan detection technology helps to maintain even, uninterrupted heat to make it easy to saute and add ingredients. Each induction coil accommodates pots and pans with a 4"-14" diameter. Plus, its user programmable presets make it simple to program frequently-used cooking modes, saving your business time and energy.
This range is built with a stainless steel casing and a ceramic-glass cooking surface. The surface is equipped with conformal-coated boards, ensuring extra protection against any possible contaminants like grease or moisture that could potentially harm the unit's electronics. A 208-240V electrical connection is required for operation, and includes a dual food temperature probe and 71" cord and plug.

We use this as a replacement for a normal gas range, since our restaurant only has electric instead of gas. This little guy has so much power and always works. It gets super hot really fast. It heats faster than gas any day. Highly recommend.
