Keep hot foods hot and cold foods cold all at once with this Hatco HCWBIR-2DA 37" x 27" x 26 1/2" remote hot / cold drop-in well- 120/208V, 1 phase, 3000 watts. This versatile unit features a refrigerated well and a heated well that are perfect for holding pre-chilled and pre-heated foods together. It is made with adjustable set points to automatically keep foods at their ideal temperatures. This makes it great for use in buffets, catered events, and cafeterias. The wells can be used with different sized pans, including full, half, or third size (each sold separately) in a variety of configurations to suit your needs.

The refrigerated well of this unit includes an auto-defrost function, excellent insulation, and a highly efficient condenser, allowing for ease of use for staff and easy serviceability. Its heated well is built with the Hydro-Heater Food Rethermalizer / Bain-Marie Heater which contains "free-flow" technology. This technology is designed to provide the well with a longer life and create a safe, ergonomic operation. Plus, the included remote-mounted condensing unit and control panel allows you to install the unit in the most convenient location for your establishment while still being able to control it. A 20' cord is included with the condenser and an R-513A refrigerant is required for use (sold separately). A 120/208V electrical connection is required for operation of this drop-in well.
