The Vollrath 72105 Cayenne drop in food warmer is designed with a self-insulating, energy efficient thermoset well for easy installation in sold -surface, laminate, or metal countertops. It requires a 12 7/8" x 20 7/8" cut out.
A bottom mounted drain and drain valve make clean up quick and easy. The warmer can accommodate full or fractional size food pans up to 4" deep. The Vollrath 72105 Cayenne drop in food warmer has a 120V, 5.8 amp, 700 watt electrical rating.
