The perfect addition to any buffet line, this Wells 5P-BMW206STDU bottom mount hot food well holds a 12" x 20" food pan of your tastiest pasta, mouthwatering veggies, and other delicious dishes at just the right temperature for serving! This unit boasts a warming pan made of deep drawn stainless steel and a tubular heating element underneath for fast, reliable heating. It can even operate dry or wet for maximum versatility. For maximum efficiency, this square corner food well is fully insulated.
Positive-off thermostat controls come in a recessed, stainless steel remote panel, letting you customize installation to suit your needs. An included drain makes it easy to dispose of waste water. The unit features 1240/1650W of heating power and requires a 208/240V electrical connection for operation.
