The pre-focused heat pattern on this 675W strip warmer directs heat from a metal-sheathed heating element to bathe the entire holding surface, maintaining food safe holding temperatures for a longer period of time. Thanks to this unit's innovative infrared heating system, the food on your buffet line will not dry out, discolor, or continue to cook.
This food warmer features a slim profile so it can be used above your buffet without obstructing your customers' views of the scrumptious spread beneath it. Its toggle controls make it easy to operate, while a continuous steel housing and non-adjustable 1 1/2" angle bracket make it easy to install and maintain.
