For easy use, this warmer comes with toggle controls that are simple enough for even brand new employees to use. Its pre-focused infrared heating element is mounted in the top of the unit and directs heat evenly to the whole surface to ensure consistent and safe temperature. Incandescent lights help show off your food to your customers, and their shatter-resistant coatings make sure your food remains safe while it is heated.
