This heated display case features 1460 watts of power in its top-mounted infrared heating unit to ensure your food stays hot and fresh throughout the day. Its curved tempered glass exterior gives your food maximum visibility for passing customers, while shatter-resistant incandescent bulbs on the interior provide outstanding lighting.
For easy use, this display case utilizes thermostatic controls with base temperatures adjustable between 100 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit, and the relative humidity is adjustable between 10% and 30%. Adjustable legs allow you to add up to 4" of height to the unit, and thanks to its sleek profile and hinged front panel, this display case is incredibly easy to clean.
