Great for use on the buffet line or other front of the house applications, this Hatco GRAHL-84D 84" Glo-Ray infrared lighted strip warmer is a great way to keep all of your signature menu items hot, fresh, and clearly visible! This high wattage 4520W unit boasts a wide, dual design to cover a greater area, while its pre-focused heat pattern directs heat from a metal-sheathed element to bathe the entire holding surface, maintaining serving temperature for a longer period of time without continuing to cook the food. An aluminum housing eliminates the risk of "sagging" in the middle, and a toggle on/off control makes operation simple!
