This single shelf warmer has prefocused infrared top heat that radiates down onto food, while the thermostatically-controlled, hardcoated heated base extends holding times without sacrificing quality. Extra heat is directed toward the shelf's outer edges where heat loss is the greatest, to ensure all food stays evenly warm. Plus, shatter-resistant incandescent lights attractively illuminate products!
