I like this pot and have used 2 of them for small catering jobs, but I feel like it is just not big enough for me! I also had 1 of these drop into my 3-comp sink on accident and shatter the glass tube on the front of the pot. Used in a smaller setting, not as regular as I need them, they would work great.
