These are a GREAT all purpose ramekin, great value, too. They are simple and durable, and serve their purpose. They are not so ornate that they take away from the beauty of the dish that is prepared in them. We use them for custards, cobblers, bread puddings, ice cream dishes, and more. Can't go wrong for the price.
