Backyard Pro LPG30 30" Stainless Steel Liquid Propane Outdoor Grill

This thing grilled very nicely for about 14 months, but the materials quality and the design for servicing is terrible. I purchased this about a year and a half ago. Loved it when it worked. But in the past few months all 6 burners have massively rusted and crumbled out. So flames shoot out the very back and cooking is horribly compromised. So... I ordered new burners (for a high cost, which is already disappointing). But the big disappointment: there is no easy way to replace them. Most of the grill needs to be completely taken apart in order to be able to do this very simple thing (which shouldn't even need to be done if quality was better). Beautiful Grill for the price we used it one time and I found mini hotspots called and reported it to your team and they said they would get back to me. I spent three weeks ago and I have not heard back so I don’t know what to say……

This is the most solid grill I have ever purchased! I bought it because it is made entirely of stainless steel and have not been disappointed yet. Love it so far!

Anyone looking to buy this grill DO NOT. I repeat DO NOT. Multiple people have said and I wish I listened on her they have a huge design flaw. It first the grill works great but after only a year ( heavy use as I do a lot of big events ) the burners all burnt out and didn’t work and were NOT covered under warranty and then I couldn’t even find parts to replace it because they were out of stock. Them when they were finally in stock I order replacement burners and there are no instructions on how to replace so you have to figure it out yourself and let me to tell you it’s a real pain in the ass. At first it seemed to be an amazing grill. Have bought two. However, after just over a year of use, the valves or burners failed on one side. Out of warranty of course. So ordered new valves. However, there are no instructions or DIY videos available, even after contacting Backyard Pro. Worked for hours trying to figure out how to gain access to the valves and burners. It is all riveted together--no accessible screws to remove. Would have to drill out all rivets, to take the body all apart try to screw it back together--if that is even possible as the angle of some rivets makes them very difficult to even drill out. Makes it disposable when a valve failure occurs. Absolute fail. Will never buy another. Be warned.

Solid construction of all stainless steel. I expect this grill to last many years.

I needed it for Fathers Day and when I ordered it - it was supposed to be here in 4 days. Well, it took 2 weeks and we did not get it when we needed it. I called and nobody gets back to you and when I was looking at the tracking it was stuck someplace for over a week before it got delivered.

This was fine for one season. Second season the burners literally fell apart, clearly not stainless, creating a safety issue as well as an unusable hunk of steel that it will cost as much to have hauled away as it cost to buy. Huge flames jet out of the broken burners while others areas are stone cold, leaving the grill completely useless after one season. The worst purchase I've ever made on webstaurant.

As others have stated, once the burners go you have a big expensive paper weight. Can't access the burners to replace them and there are no instructions on how to even do so. You can't even find a list of replacement parts. Do not buy!!!
