Is my coconut oil still OK to use if it turns to a liquid?
Yes. Coconut oil is solid at 76 degrees Fahrenheit and turns to a liquid consistency in higher temperatures. If you would like the liquid to turn solid again, simply place it in the refrigerator. Although the form may change depending on the temperature, the quality of the oil is not affected.

    We go through these 5 gallon buckets in 3-6 months in our home. We have a large family and use the coconut oil for all our frying and baking needs. We use it every day.     I use this coconut oil for making soaps. The quality is very good. I first ordered this when I couldn't get any from my local supplier.     I ordered 2 of these 5 gallon buckets of White Coconut Oil to use in making Handmade soaps. Even with shipping, the price is right. The quality of the oil is great and perfect for making soaps. When I first opened a bucket, I filled a couple of quart sized jars with the oil to set aside for cooking. I'm glad I did as it has been nice to have it on hand for many uses, both cooking and cosmetic type purposes!
