Didn’t even have this grill for 6 months and it broke. Called Globe since it’s under warranty and the agent knew what broke before I mentioned it. Said they would send a new one, but haven’t received it. I emailed the agent, and the email bounced back. The handle broke off of the top plate and nearly injured an employee when the plate fell, and the top plate stopped heating.
