In general, melamine is not microwave or oven safe. You can use a commercial dishwasher to clean your melamine items; however, top-rack only is recommended for residential dishwashing units. Avoid cutting directly on your melamine products with a serrated knife to prevent nicks and scratches. For additional guidelines, please refer to the Care and Use sheet included on this page.

    Our school district lunch program has taken on food presentation as a goal for 2009/2010. We have found that the Yorker and Fusion servingware has been a perfect choice for our use to present food in an appealing and colorful manner. The servingware holds up well to multiple washings and is very durable. We would highly recommend this product to anyone who would like enhance their food presentation.
