Ok first cons 1. Very hard to clean making breakfast sausage with the added bits of fat was a nightmare to clean out of the largest plate. 2. It will clog I added fresh sage leaves to the meat while grinding and yup they clogged it. So I had to take it apart to dig them out. 3. I feel if the metal components on the machine were bigger it would be easier to clean and assemble. Now pros 1. It's not loud I expected it to sing a high pitched scream the entire time it did not. 2. For being a tiny machine (maybe size of bread machine) it was kicking butt we used raw meat and partially frozen meat to put it though the paces. 3. It went fast (not the cleaning part that sucks but the grinding part)
