Galaxy SMG8 #8 Electric Meat Grinder - 120V

Ok first cons 1. Very hard to clean making breakfast sausage with the added bits of fat was a nightmare to clean out of the largest plate. 2. It will clog I added fresh sage leaves to the meat while grinding and yup they clogged it. So I had to take it apart to dig them out. 3. I feel if the metal components on the machine were bigger it would be easier to clean and assemble. Now pros 1. It's not loud I expected it to sing a high pitched scream the entire time it did not. 2. For being a tiny machine (maybe size of bread machine) it was kicking butt we used raw meat and partially frozen meat to put it though the paces. 3. It went fast (not the cleaning part that sucks but the grinding part)

This Grinder is perfect; It´s so fast and the meats is perfectly ground. I loved it and I´m pround that I selected it over others on the market.

Pardon the slight spatter on this little gem - it's already gotten heavy use! I bought this so I could process my own chicken breast for sausage and burgers. This meat grinder does a great job. It seems to be made well, is easy to dissemble and clean, and doesn't have a lot of frills we don't need. The cutting disks and blades are easy to swap in and out and I've had no issues with rusting. It does exactly what I want it to and that's exactly what I ask! A great value.

Very hand and easy to use. The only issue is it is not easy to clean. Definitely have a bottle brush and pipe cleaner handy with degreaser to clean this.

This grinder works decently. I have used it to grind patties and stuff sausage. It so far has worked adequately but is a bit annoying to clean in the bend.

This is a great "light duty" meat grinder. I would purchase this for home use also. It has a sleek stainless exterior that's easy to clean,

What a great, reasonably priced grinder. I have been using it for some time and have never had any issues with it. You can freeze the metal parts to insure that the fat does not melt out of the meat while you grind.

Nightmare. Took half an hour to grind one pound of hamburger meat. I asked before purchasing if would work for hamburger. Reply was yes it should be fine. Not!! I’m now searching for a different grinder because I went past the return date. Beware.

Easy to assemble, easy to use, easy to clean. Definitely don't use it often, maybe once or twice a month, but its still working just fine. Overall, seems well constructed, haven't had issues with over heating, or grinding changes. Really, a great value, I would probably buy again if something happens to this one.

DOES NOT GRIND VERY WELL. THE MEAT DID NOT LOOK LIKE THE MEAT IN THE STORE. MORE LIKE MUSH. CLEAN UP WAS AS TO BE EXPECTED, NOT FUN

I was reluctant at first to buy this inexepensive of a grinder, but I am glad I did. The components are metal so it is sturdy and holds up well to deer processing.

Used twice so far and love it. Added strips of thick cut bacon to beef chunks with no problem grinding. Thin strand of fat wrapped around blade but not that big a deal. Added onions both times, first time no problem, second blocked disk, but no big deal to unscrew (after unplugging) disks off and remove onion layer.

We make our own sausage. The grinder has been great. Easy to use and even easyier to clean. It may seem small but it is very strong.

Bought this with for the sole purpose of making falafel. This meat grinder can't handle parsley and cilantro stems, it is also VERY slow and underpowered.

This is essential for any low to medium food service establishment. This is super light yet ultra durable. Easy assembly for set-up and cleaning. Interchangeable grinder plates for any type of application. I highly recommend this product.

read the reviews and bought it.worst grinder ever.low power,meat gets stuck in the blade and stops grinding.had to clean every 5 minutes.would like to returns if the accepts it.otherwise both of them are useless for me.used one grinder only once.do not recommend.
