This sirloin steak's thick cut makes it a perfect candidate for grilling or cooking in the oven. For a truly memorable grilled entree, let your seasoned steak reach room temperature while you heat your grill to medium-high. Sear your steak over the hottest part of the flame for 2 to 3 minutes on each side, then lower the heat, close the lid, and allow your steak to continue cooking for an additional 6 to 10 minutes, depending on the heat of your grill and the level of doneness you would like to reach. If you want to cook a perfect steak every time in the oven, sear your room-temperature steak in butter in a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat, and then transfer the skillet to an oven that's been preheated to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. These steaks are absolutely the BEST steaks ever. My husband and I are addicted. Seriously! We've stocked our freezer to ensure we always have some on hand. Every single one we've ever had has always been super tender. Even the ones my hubby accidentally overcooked, and they have no fat at all. I can't recommend these enough.

The marbling looks great, however they are not thick as described, rather a thin cut sirloin. Not sure on flavor yet as they haven't been cooked yet, but if you are looking for small thick sirloins, these are not the product for you.

The steaks were very tender and you can tell it is restaurant quality. Perfectly butchered meat was very flavorful and aged well. the shipping box was a little damaged, however, inside was fine. Will definitely be ordering again, highly recommended.
