For convenient clean-up, the wire pan racks, steam collector, distributor panels, and condensate tray are dishwasher-safe. The steamer can hold up to (6) 2 1/2" deep full size pans or (4) 4" deep full size pans. Built with 14-gauge stainless steel, the steamer cavity is made to last. This unit requires a 120V connection.
