The look of this bag is professional. I use to to bring home baked desserts to weddings or special occasions for the dessert table. It makes me look legit instead of plastic bags and paper bags.

I love this bag. I live in Florida where the temperature is usually above 80 degrees during the day. When I go shopping I go to two warehouse stores and my local stores for the different items I want. Needless to say this takes several hours as I like to browse and always buy more refrigerator and freezer items than I planned. My prior bags, while large, did not keep food cold for more than an hour no matter how many cold packs I put in. This bag keeps my food cold for at least three hours and the Microcore Thermal packs just keep on cooling. The bag is very roomy. What previously took me two insulated bags to pack now all fits into this bag. The thermal packs are so thin they take up almost no room in the freezer while actually having a large cooling surface which spreads the cold more evenly throughout the bag. The bag itself is easy to clean and very light but also very strong. I highly recommend this bag.

Pretty happy with these! They hold a lot, and keep our items cold. We've had a few bags start to fray around the seams, so I wouldn't recommend overfilling to the point of the sides bulging out, which we've occasionally done. Great for medium-duty use.

These work just fine. They do leak, so watch for that. One of the bags is coming apart near the zipper, but it still works. They keep heat & cold well.

When Co-Vid hit in March I could not serve in house, I receive our meals from another kitchen and these bags have come in real handy for carrying up to 10 Styrofoam meals. The warming pads that came with the bags are absolutely amazing on how the food stays hot. I use them daily for our meals to the homebound. Thank you.

This bag is absolutely wonderful when it comes to bulky food deliveries. The thermal pack included works wonders when it cones to keeoing food warm. In my opinion it not only keeps food warm, but it keeps the bag warm because of the good insulation. Recommended for price and convenience.

We use these bags for catering numerous times a week. We absolutely love them! The only negative i have had with them is the soft bottom. But a hotel pan in the bottom solved that issue quickly. Great product and have been durable so far.

easy to manage heat pads. fast to warm up. do not recommend using microwave. during extreme cold days my drivers kept food warm for up to 45 min

These bags are great! They keep the food piping hot for hours. They are easy to wipe out if food spills. The cold pack is great to.

Used this to-go for both deliveries and for caterings. Not only has it held up greatly and kept all food warm with the inserts but one even came damaged and the great customer service department came in and rapidly resent me a new one within 3 days!

This bag came with a hot pad to aid in keeping the food hot. The food stayed for a good theee hours in the bag ans it was still hot. It was a great way to transport hotel pans to a wedding

I needed a bag that I could transport my small cakes and cupcakes in that also had ice packs available. This bag works perfectly I am even able to put some of my 2 to 3 tier cakes inside of it.

I like these bags. They are lower quality than the rubbermaid versions, but they are SO MUCH cheaper than I can buy a few of these for each of the other.

These are the cheaper bags and we use a lot of them. They do not hold up well to heavy use. Having said that, in the previous iteration, the zippers were falling off as soon as we unpacked them out of their shipping container and that didn't happen this time, so I'm assuming the manufacturer made some welcome adjustments.
