Use this Hallowell bulk rack shelf level to add an additional level of shelving to your existing Hallowell bulk rack (sold separately). An exceptional storage solution for your industrial organization system, this bulk rack shelf level is perfect for storing moderately large or heavy items in a range of storage applications. It allows for direct front and back access to stored items for simple stock management and is designed for reliability in the most demanding industrial conditions.

The shelf beam is made from 14-gauge cold rolled steel with 10-gauge steel prong brackets welded onto the ends and is formed into a channel shape with slots for front-to-back angled channel bracing (not included). While the sleek light gray color adds a professional presentation, the corrosion-resistant finish ensures long-lasting use even in harsh environments. After being fabricated, painted, and cleaned, the durable steel is coated with a seven-stage zinc / iron phosphate solution followed by a powder coating for maximum reliability.

The waterfall wire decking is made of 6-gauge welded mesh wire with 16-gauge front-to-back U-channels for added support. Plus, the waterfall design hangs over the front and back of the shelving beams, keeping products from falling off the edge of the rack and keeping users safe from harm. The open weave of the wire aids air flow, offering exceptional ventilation. This Hallowell bulk rack shelf level is a great choice for retail stores, warehouses, and other commercial facilities!
