This Hallowell bulk rack starter is an exceptional storage solution for your industrial organization system! With 2 upright frames and 3 levels of shelf beams, this bulk rack starter is perfect for storing moderately large or heavy items in a range of storage applications. It allows for direct front and back access to stored items for simple stock management and is designed for reliability in the most demanding industrial conditions. This unit is intended for hand-load applications only.

The upright frames, shelf beams, and front-to-back bracing are all made from 14-gauge cold rolled steel, with 10-gauge steel prong brackets welded onto the ends of each beam. Each frame post is roll formed into a 1 1/2" x 2 15/16" tubular section and includes 3/8" x 7/8" rectangular slots to receive shelf clips for added storage versatility. Each shelf beam is formed into a channel shape with slots for the front-to-back angled channel bracing. All beams are adjustable on 3" centers, allowing you to customize the perfect storage solution for your needs. This versatile design provides room for expansion should you wish to add more levels to your rack (additional levels sold separately).

While the sleek color of the light gray beams and marine blue frames adds a professional presentation, the corrosion-resistant finish ensures long-lasting use even in harsh environments. After being fabricated, painted, and cleaned, the durable steel is coated with a seven-stage zinc / iron phosphate solution followed by a powder coating for maximum reliability. The waterfall wire decking is made of 6-gauge welded mesh wire with 16-gauge front-to-back U-channels for added support. Plus, the waterfall design hangs over the front and back of the shelving beams, keeping products from falling off the edge of the rack and keeping users safe from harm.
