This Frymaster 2304318 19 7/8" x 5 1/4" flue mounted basket hanger is designed to be used with Frymaster 118141E fryers. It creates the perfect place to hang baskets after removing them from hot oil. From here, excess oil will drain, leaving you with a crispy, perfectly fried product. Designed to be used above the fryer's flue, it is made of durable steel to endure constant use.
