Galaxy ICFC13-HC 54 1/2" Curved Top Display Freezer

I bought this for personal use in October 2020. It is for my personal use as I purchase a lot of high end prime grade and wagyu meats. I hadn't put anything in or out of it for a few weeks. Recently, I went to pull out one of my 44 ounce prime grade tomahawk ribeye steaks and discovered it was no longer keeping my food frozen. I lost high end meats. I talked to a customer service rep who said she'd call me back with the name of a good repair person in my area. A few more weeks have passed without hearing a word. And of course the one year warranty expired 6 months before my discovery...

Not sure if I want to rate this product yet. The driver did not deliver the day he was supposed to and listed on the tracking as delivered and store was closed and that was a straight out lie, we were sitting in the store waiting on the driver. Driver had instructions to call customer and did not call. I Called the company, and they blamed the driver, and the driver has nothing to do with the company, but these are the people they used to deliver the product to me on time. Excellent customer service is my number one pet pee and to tell me one thing and do something else is not good. I had a deadline to meet and did not meet it because of the poor customer service. Just take responsibility for the product not getting to the customer and make it right. This was my first time purchasing from this company and will be my last.

Why my curved top freezer no fetting freezing cold after I unpluged the chord for cleaning. After cleaning, I plugged the chord back, the unit no longer freeze like it was used to be. Please advise. Please call me

Had this freezer for 1 year and one month after the warranty expired, the freezer stopped working. It will not freeze and runs hot. The sliding glass doors don't close tightly enough either, so the product never stays as frozen as you would hope. The casters don't lock so it constantly rolls around. Now I have an ice cream delivery and no place to put it. Have to purchase a different brand.

They should be titled "Disposable Freezer". It's a nice freezer while it lasts. I have purchased three of these for different retail spots. One freezer was used in a farm store and worked well for us until is all of a sudden quit. I brought it back to the farm and now they will not fix the freezer. I'm left with trying to find a repair shop for a freezer that's nearly two years old. Casters are flimsy and do not lock. You need to put something by the wheels to keep it from sliding around. There can be a lot of condensation on the windows as temperatures change. The unit looks good and baskets are nice to have.

Freezes well however if it was lighted like the Avantco it would be better.

It was ok until it wasn't. The freezer did a decent job of keeping ice cream cold, but that was about it. The glass was covered in condensation almost all of the time, that caused water to draininto the freezer, and would freeze the top closed constantly. If it was routinely defrosted the condensation would build up in the corner of the freezer as it ran inside. The sides were covered in so much frost all the time that the baskets had to be chipped free to get under stocked product, and the ice was not very attractive. I used it for about a year and a half before it stopped cooling. I just don't think it has been the best value for a freezer. I most definately wouldn't purchase it again and I'm on the fence whether I want to spend money to repair it since it wasn't exactly in love with its performance to begin with. Three stars seems a generous rating and I give it that much just because it was able to maintain frozen ice cream.

We use the freezer for ice cream in our golf course clubhouse and it has been great. It displaces the products nicely and is very quite.
