Protect yourself from the heat and sun and promote a safe work environment with this Ergodyne Chill-Its 6486 multi-band face / head covering. This versatile band can be worn in a variety of configurations. It functions as a face mask that protects both the face and neck, and it has moisture-wicking technology to wick away sweat and moisture for comfortable, all-day wear. Its Nomex® knit fabric is rated to NFPA 70E and ASTM F1506 standards for protection against arc flash hazards, and it has an EBT rating of 4.2 cal/cm2. Plus, it offers effective sun protection to prevent skin damage from UV rays.
This multi-band's low-profile, slim material allows you to wear it under a hard hat, making it ideal for use on construction sites. It helps protect wearers from the sun, wind, flying debris, and dusty conditions. Its anti-odor treatment allows it to stay fresh regardless of the wearer's environment. Its stretchable, seamless design ensures it's extremely comfortable and can fit a variety of head sizes for added versatility.
