The Kenzie Barstool, despite its leather allure showcased in a single picture, falls short upon closer examination. The assembly process, advertised at 30 minutes per stool, proved to be much longer, with misaligned parts and loosening screws. The back of the chair (note: only a front picture was advertised) reveals a cheap design featuring a metal tube frame topped with low-quality plastic, adding to both aesthetic and assembly difficulties. The screws frequently fall into the hollow frame during assembly due to misalignment, necessitating the removal of plastic caps for retrieval. Also, the leather is less impressive in real life. Beyond assembly challenges, these stools are unsuitable for commercial use. Despite meticulous assembly and professional assistance, many may not endure high-traffic environments due to the footrest's insecure attachment and wobbly frame. Hindsight on my part, but notice the advertised image shows a visible gap where the footrest meets the leg. Our experience confirms this flaw, worsened over time. This unreliability raises serious durability concerns. Webstaurant, please advise on how to return these.
