Keep your brewing equipment clean and well maintained with this Five Star Chemicals 26-CIP-FS50 Super CIP 50 lb. chlorinated caustic brewery cleaning powder. This chlorinated caustic cleaner is designed to effectively remove protein staining on your equipment. Low foaming, this surfactant quickly penetrates soils to make cleaning much easier.

By promoting more efficient cleaning, it frees you up to focus on other brewery tasks. Mix 1/2 - 1 oz. per gallon of water. Circulate for 15 - 30 minutes at a temperature of 140 -160 degrees Fahrenheit, then rinse before using your equipment again. Great for clean-in-place applications, this cleaner is sure to come in handy for breweries of any size.
