Purchased for large-scale catering events to display 'fancy' appetizers etc. They work great. They are a very sturdy plastic and if people don't end up throwing them away, they can be washed/sanitized and used again at future events. They are tall, so definitely need to use a piping bag to get thicker items in (puddings/mousse etc.) without spilling and we use squeeze bottles to get soups in. Nice product.

we used these to make trifles and cold soup. they are good strength, but be carful when carrying a tray full of them, we had a little trouble with them sliding very easily when on a sheet pan.
What a great alternative to glass. Easier to store and less worry about breakage. We did warm soup shooters in them without any issues. Granted they don't stay as hot as glass for as long as glass does, but with short term passed apps, they work great!
