We bought 4 cases of these small plastic martini glasses to provide espresso martini samples at a bridal expo. Every glass leaked, making a mess of our display. My guess is that when you push the stem of the base into the top portion of the glass it perforates the glass. They were so bad that we had to stop using them (thankfully we also brought traditional sample cups) and simply left the other 3 unopened cases behind to throw away. Not even worth the effort to return! They look cute but that's it.

Great idea. Makes for a wonderful presentation for shrimp and crab cocktails. However and this is a big however-over half of the stems would not connect to the cup. The stem connectors are way too short and they all off of the cup. So when you go to assemble them you get about half you cannot use.
