A stainless steel display deck provides the perfect stage to show off your foods and makes cleaning easy. It features a stainless steel interior and exterior for superior durability.

This case is designed for optimal performance and usability too - its oversized coil and low-velocity fan maintain the high humidity needed to keep meats and cheeses fresh and appetizing. The self-contained refrigeration system is 1/2 hp and uses R-513A refrigerant. Additionally, it comes with a rear work counter to give your staff a convenient place to package products for sale and the appliance receptacle on the back of the case is a great feature if you want to put a cash register, scale, or slicer close by. The rear door assembly is also removable to make it easier to load and clean out. This model is designed for continuous case lineups, and it requires a 120V electrical connection. It must be hard-wired, a cord and plug are not included. Two base configurations are available to customize the look of your unit, too - the panel base option provides a flat piece across the front of the unit, while the pedestal-style base adds vertical column / pedestal accents that frame the front panel for a sleek look.
