The Hydra Kool KFM-SO-60-S 60" open air refrigerated seafood display case makes it easy to show off your fresh fish and other delicious seafood to hungry customers! This unit boasts a stainless steel frame and interior, along with a silver PVC-coated steel front panel for ultimate durability. A stainless steel rear work bench allows you to do prep work when needed, or to keep tongs and serving utensils on for quick, efficient service. This model has a CFC-free injected foam insulation that not only maintains ideal temperatures but is also climate- and ozone-friendly. An integrated heavy-duty ice pan is perfect for holding and displaying fish! The black steel kick plate and black, foamed polystyrene end panels protect your unit from damages while offering a sleek design. Plus, the adjustable leveling feet provide stability even on uneven surfaces.
This model features an open air design with a tempered glass front and sides so you can be sure your customers always have an excellent view of the product. The temperature and defrost are regulated by a digital controller so that you can remain in control of the internal temperature of the case. It is simple to control with an easy-to-read digital thermometer display and ensures your case maintains the perfect temperature for its contents. This model holds your product at a food-safe temperature of 33 to 40 degrees Fahrenheit, using a low velocity forced air system to keep your fresh open cuts of seafood from drying out! Plus, the condensing unit easily slides in and out of the case for cleaning and maintenance. This unit has a coated evaporator coil and requires a 115V electrical connection, one power outlet, and one drain for operation.
