With its sleek looks and smart design features, this Federal SN-6HD 77" double-curved glass heated deli case is the perfect way to display fresh and hot foods for purchase! This case has a double-curved glass design that reduces glare from outside lighting and creates a contemporary profile that looks great in any setting. The glass is tempered to add strength and resist damage, while a lift-up design with a pneumatic cylinder assist makes it easy to wipe the case down and to load new product. This case will also help boost impulse sales, because once customers see your items illuminated by the top lighting, they won't be able to resist!

A full length infrared heater provides even heat from the top, while the 5 individually-controlled hot food wells provide heat beneath the product and give you the freedom to merchandise a variety of different foods at the same time. It comes with a 4-point leveling system. For added flexibility each well can hold a full-size pan and a 1/3 size pan, except the center which only holds a full size pan. Each well also has its own drain with valve, and a flexible fill hose is provided with a 1/2" NPT water pipe fitting to let you easily fill the pans. The case is designed to operate with either wet or dry heat, and moisture vents on the removable sliding rear doors and a forced-air glass defogger on the front of the case keep the interior crystal-clear for customers. The base features an all-welded design for maximum strength, and it comes with several color options.

Additionally, it comes with a rear wrapping board to give your staff a convenient place to package products for sale and the appliance receptacle on the back of the case is a great feature if you want to put a cash register, scale, or slicer close by. This model is designed for continuous case lineups, and it requires a 120/208-240V electrical connection. It must be hard-wired, a cord and plug are not included.
