With a 1 1/2 hp motor that provides 1,030 RPM, this electric cheese grater is quick and efficient. For easy operation, it has a simple start and stop button to control the machine.
This grater is constructed of a durable iron steel drum with stainless steel basins and hoppers that are built to last. It has a variety of safety features including an added safety microswitch function that allows the machine to immediately be stopped at any time by lifting the handle of the grater mouth. It also has built-in thermal overload protect to automatically stop the machine to prevent overheating and over-use. This unit requires a 110V electrical connection for operation.
