Ideal for light- to moderate-duty use, this Santos 02 electric cheese grater is designed to grate hard cheese and breads for small to medium applications. With a 7/8 hp motor that provides 1,800 RPM, this electric cheese grater is quick and powerful. The machine is easy to use, with an ergonomic and sturdy articulated lever to open and close the unit. On average it can shred up to 110 lb. of cheese per hour, while the special alimentary plastic drawer conveniently holds up to 1.8 lb. of shredded product at a time.

This grater is constructed of a stainless steel and sanitary cast aluminum antimicrobial painted body for durable and cleanly use. For safe operation, it includes a safety switch that allows the machine to immediately be stopped at any time if needed. The machine also automatically stops running when the drawer or lever is opened. This model comes with 1 standard stainless steel grating disc that is removable and interchangeable with other options (sold separately) and easy to clean. At the end of the day, this unit has removable housing for thorough cleaning. This unit requires a 100/120V electrical connection for operation.
