With a reliable 2 hp motor that provides 1680 RPM, this unit can grate up to 4 lb. per minute and is great for on-demand operations to get the job done quickly and efficiently.
This electric grater features a stainless steel drum and body for long-lasting use and a removable aluminum hopper for easy cleaning. The 1/16" tooth creates finely grated product, while the heavy-duty, fan-cooled motor allows for high performance and processing of tough products. A plexiglass catch pan is included to collect the processed food. For easy operation, this unit features IP 67 stainless steel controls. An interlock ensures safe use by preventing the machine from starting if the handle is not lowered to the right spot and stopping the machine from running when the handle is lifted. This machine requires a 230V electrical connection for operation.
