Fabri-Kal Greenware 4 oz. Compostable Plastic Souffle / Portion Cup - 100/Pack

We bought this several years ago for portioning out our candies. When it became uneconomical to continue buying 1.5 oz. portion packet salad dressing, we brought out this Compostable clear souffle cups and started filling them with bulk dressing. Our patrons love them and have not complained. It's the clarity of the container they love most.

We have purchased these portion cups for our nutrition club and love them. They are the perfect fit for our product and the cover fits perfeft. We've never had a problem with them leaking.

These little cups are great for putting out samples (the Farmers market I vend at requires that samples be separated and covered). They're also great for condiments and servings of extra icing for treats. The lids you can order to go with these fit nice and snug.

Nice to-go containers for homemade dressings and sauces. Stack well which helps with portioning and storing. The clear look is better than frosted, gives a cleaner view of the sauce.

First time purchasing this Green-ware brand and I was pleasantly surprised on how sturdy this little cups were. They didn’t give upon any weight.... especially when snapping the lids on.

I was excited to have a compostable option for our to-go sauces & dressings. At first I wasn't sure if it was the cup or the lid that was the problem. Despite being the same brand, the lids will not fit on these 2 oz cups. However, the lids snap on perfectly on the Choice brand of 2oz soufflé cups. We also had issues with the cups warping/melting when they get packaged along with hot to-food - i.e. ketchup in a box of french fries. It is a challenge to source "eco friendly" packaging options that can accommodate our restaurant's needs while also not breaking the bank. We'll have to stick with the plastic for now.

These are good not great ramekins. On occasion, I have noticed quality issues. Issues such as cracked cups and/or lips straight out of the case.

Great sauce containers. If you want to offer eco friendly sauce souffle cups these are great! we love using them for our garlic cilantro sauce and they close very well!
