This receptacle includes three separate rigid plastic liners to facilitate its 3 stream design. The liners' base resin meets anti-flammability requirements and combine for a 14 gallon capacity. In addition, the receptacle's lid features three separate labeled openings. There are two circle openings with one for cans and the other for plastic. The wide opening is intended for discarding paper, and creates the "smiley" design. The lid is also easily removable to make emptying the liners simple and convenient.
