This faucet was a breeze to install and operates very well. Took me about 15 minutes to install. The stabilizing bracket that is placed on the upright was a little long but can be easily taken off and cut with a medal blade to achieve the correct length. The pre rinse nozzel does an excellent job at rinsing food and sauces off plates, pans and bowls. If you are installing this item during a brand new install you will need the recommended install kit(T&S B-0230-K Installation Kit for B-0230 Style Faucets).

Love the faucet. So far in our commercial kitchen it has been durable. Would highly recommend.

I ordered this faucet 5 months ago for my production kitchen. When installed it started to leak from the middle area where the coil metal is around the center. 2 weeks after that the spryer head was spraying all over the place. I called the plumber and he put it back on place. Then it happened again a month later. It has been 5 months and yesterday for the third time it is spraying water all over the place. The plumber looked at it and the plastic part of the sprayer head was broken away from the top of the head. I'm trying to get a Replacement part but we stair ant only sells the sprayer unit as a combo an not the plastic gasket itself. I am trying to get a replacement hopefully this review will get their attention.

I ordered this faucet for a customer who runs a deli. We installed it about 3 weeks ago. I got a call from my customer that the spryer head was spraying all over the place. Good quality that you'd expect from T&S, nicely packaged and a good competitive price. Springy hose could be a little longer, but of course you can get a longer one of those if you want. Happy with this purchase.

This works 100% - it's clear it's made for fairly heavy use. I'm sometimes concerned the spring neck will have issues, but so far so good.

This faucet is solid quality. We are happy with it. It was relatively easy to install. It meets all of our needs for this kind of faucet. Would recommend.

We purchased this for our 3 bay sink. Makes cleanup a breeze plus it looks good. If you have a 3 bay you'll need one of these!
