This can opener is designed to be easily taken apart and reassembled for simple cleaning, sanitizing, and maintenance, and a quick-change mechanism lets you replace gears at a moment's notice. It also includes the ST-93 can opener cleaning tool, an extra blade, and an extra gear. The Edlund S-11 E heavy duty manual can opener is meant for opening up to 50 cans per day.

This Edlund 15420 S-11 CE is wonderful, it clamps easily to my butcher block counter in my home. The butcher block counter needs to overhang at least 2.5 inches in order for the clamp to work best. I love the stainless steel, looks great in my kitchen. This thing is super heavy duty, built like a tank, and best of all...it opens cans, something no other can opener I've tried seems to actually be able to do for very long before wearing out. I got so incredibly fed up with cheap can openers that don't work, everything is a cheap peace of junk nowadays it seems, hugely frustrating...well not this S-11, I finally found something of quality, and made in the USA. Also a great price from webrestaurantstore.com, this was my first purchase and I definitely won't hesitate to purchase from them again...I never dreamed...but this is worth every penny and more. I'm deliriously happy with this purchase!
