Perfect little bowl for tasting / little plate presentations. Plam leaf is a more affordable alternative to the expensive bamboo bowls. Colors and grain vary greatly in the packs, so don't be disappointed if bowls do not look like the one pictured. We like the rustic look of these bowls and they are very sturdy.

We're in the south and gumbo is served regularly. I am not sure I would fully trust these but I was very pleased with the time we did use them. None leaked but I also didn't use them for paying customers. Probably just my nerves getting the best of me,

These bowls were purchased to kick off a program that supported "zero waste" events. The bowls held up surprisingly well, even after holding wet food products for several hours at a time. We received a lot of comments about how attractive they were, and everyone was surprised at how sturdy they were compared to plastic and paper bowls. The bowls and food scraps were composted in an in-vessel system and completely broke down after only three days at temperatures between 131 and 150 degrees Fahrenheit.

I love these palm leaf bowls. We use them for just a taste during cooking classes. They are great for just a taste! Very sturdy and attractive.

Bought these bowls for ceviche and they are great. A bit thin so I was worried but worked well with the dish I served !

We needed small serveware for a "Biblical Dinner" that would have been like something set in Biblical times--no modern materials like plastic, glass, metal, or paper on the tables. We had over 30 tables, and each had to have bowls for nuts, dried figs, dates, olives, etc. These were perfect! I will mention that we dry-wiped out the bowls that were used for dry items and damp-wiped the barely sticky bowls, but the ones that had wet items in them were not savable. Of course, they are meant to be disposable, but they are pretty durable.

These palm leaf bowls are a great price after comparing from a few different websites! Great quality as well I would highly recommend this product.

These are really lightweight yet sturdy the only thing is they are a bit fragile on the edges and some of them had chips or splinters in them but almost all of them did come in tact and are so n ice to have on hand for picnics or gatherings!

Nice bowls. Very small - should be used for tasting or sampling, not serving. Sturdy and easy to carry. Great quality for the price - I will buy again.

Very very very small really freaking cool that's why I'm giving it 4 stars because it was really really cool and biodegradable but they're a lot smaller than you would expect

Kind of a novel idea. These are super tiny, and not really anything I can use on a regular basis. It will maybe hold a side of fruit, or a half a scoop of ice cream. Not particular useful. The weight of even a light spoon knocks them over. Green is one thing. Useless is another.

Love the material but I ordered too small of a bowl. The functional space is so small that it is hard to use for anything more than a small salad or dessert. That was my mistake in ordering the small one. Larger size next time.

I am using these for my rustic wedding and plan to serve soup in these palm leaf bowls. They are a lot smaller than pictured but will do it's job.

Great for appetizers and anything small you might have. We were hoping to use them for salads as well, but they are too small for that. They are packaged great too.

The again are attractive and very well made. But are considerably smaller than the 4" measurement given, I received what looks like 2 different styles and one measures 3" and the other 3.5".

We ordered a whole new kitchen set of these bamboo products for our restaurant and have nothing but great things to say about them. Yes they are slightly more expensive but they have set our business apart and have gotten people talking about us. Plus they are environmentally friendly which is always a plus.
