I'll have to give these a 4 star rating Webstaurant only shipped out 1 of the 2 i ordered but they took care of things and made it right as they always do. As far as quality these are decent quality I haven't prepared them yet but they all look very nice and the quality is there. Kelley Bean Company is where these came from.
