I was born in the South so while growing up my grandmother had lima beans on the table at least once a week. I love them - they say home to me. Unfortunately, once I moved to Boston I had trouble finding them. When I found that the Webstaurant store had them in 20 lb boxes, I was thrilled. Soaked overnight then put in a pressure cooker with a bit of bacon fat they taste almost as good as my grandmother's did straight out of her garden.
