Designed for use with select Doyon planetary mixers, the beater is made of stainless steel for long-lasting reliability and frequent use. It's great for processing thick, dense recipes, from cake and cookie batter to mashed potatoes. This particular beater replaces the one that comes standard with select 100 qt. Doyon mixers.
