Easily mix smaller batches than usual with this Doyon BTF040AP 20 qt. stainless steel mixer beater. Designed for use with select Doyon mixers, the beater is made of stainless steel for long-lasting reliability and frequent use. It's great for processing thick, dense recipes, from cake and cookie batter to mashed potatoes. This particular beater is designed for use with Doyon BTF040 and BTF040H 40 qt. mixers when the standard bowl is swapped out with the available 20 qt. bowl.
