This economical DoughXpress DMS-18-220 18" manual pizza dough press with swing-away arm lets you flatten dough balls into pizzas up to 18" in diameter without the need for flour, dough rollers, or skilled labor. Anyone can make consistent, tasty pizza crust with this press! This dough press features a heated upper platen that helps your dough balls flatten faster, as it heats up to 200 degrees Fahrenheit. It can even flatten dough straight from the fridge. Not only does this press keep the dough from shrinking, it will hold air inside the dough for an evenly baked crust.
This dough press delivers a consistently round shape and even thickness so that you can count on your pizza being balanced all the way through. If you're looking to make a variety of crust types, such as New York style or a thick Sicilian crust, the press can be adjusted for exactly the size and thickness you desire, up to 18" in diameter and 7/8" thick! Depending on the size crust you are pressing, it can flatten up to (200) 18", (400) 9", or (800) 6" crusts per hour.
This manual dough press is easy to use and includes all the features for success, such as a heat indicator light that lets you know when the desired temperature is reached, and aluminum platens that prevent the dough from sticking. It also boasts a swing-away arm, so you have open access to the platens without any barriers when not pressing dough. This unit requires a 240V electrical connection for operation and produces an output of 1150W.

Bought this for our store and wasn't working for us. It puts holes and it crinkle too, as much as we tried different kind of dough (yest or no yest, high gluten or just regular all purpose flour) we brought in 2 respected pizza chef to make the dough still put a hole in it... it is good only if the pie is 6" to 9" anything more than that it break up when you lift from the platen... Any tips would be great.
