This cold food pan eliminates the need for messy, unsanitary ice baths and ensures you'll be able to keep your food properly chilled. It holds food safely below 40 degrees Fahrenheit for up to 8 hours when placed in the freezer overnight. Using patent-pending technology, the exterior of the pan turns blue when ready to use and stays blue as long as it is holding food at or below a safe cold holding temperature.
