I love this pizza cutter. It's large size makes it very east to use. I have had it for a while and it is still sharp, though sometimes it does have issues cutting through very strong doughs. I have also used it to cut marshmallows and pate de fruit. Since the wheel is so big, it works wonderfully well.

This is my favorite pizza cutter, out of at least a half a dozen we've tried and own! It is very precise, sharp, and perhaps because it is a slightly smaller diameter than some other cutters, it seems easier to control and use.

Dexter-Russell simply makes a great product. We've had a number of these pizza cutters from them throughout the years, and they hold up amazingly well in our busy pizzeria. We keep several at our pizza station, as we have pizzas with white sauces, red sauces, and seafood, so we don't want to use the same pizza cutter for all of these.
This pizza cutter is solid, but there are a few annoying issues with it. First, the blade is not sharp, at all. I can run my hand across it without even a scratch. The second is the wobble, no matter how much I tighten the blade screw, the blade has an awful wobble. Still, in the end it does its job.

This cutter is too expensive and really does not offer much more than the economic brands, we bought one of these and at the same time another one, the Choice and I can tell you no difference, but the high price of course.
Just Texter pizza cutter is really nice I really like it what a great deal I got on it to eight slices my pizza with these very nice round wheels very sharp seems to last a long time
Will not buy again. Cheap construction. Squeals very badly. Blade wobbles very badly. Bought a more expensive Dexter R. and love it but not this one. Spend the few extra bucks. Says made in Taiwan. The other Dexter R. says made in USA. Go USA!
