I wish I had paid attention to the fact that this is made from carbon steel. After it's initial prewash it became immediately stained with water marks. After a few uses, it's very tarnished. The size is great, but it looks dirty with the stains.

We purchased two of these Turners. After 1 use and cleaning they became severely discolored to the point we are no longer using them. Unfortunately we did not use them when they arrived so we missed the 30-day return window. We have several other Dexter-Russel Turners and they are all great & have never discolored like these did.

A very nice turner and it gets used a lot around here. I use it at a bbq grill most of the time and it works great!
My kitchen manager loves this turner. Perfect size for our grilled sandwiches, and the perforations leave behind any grease or liquid that will make bread soggy. Just don't put in the dishwasher!!
