This is a good chipotle, nice and spicy and the Adobo sauce is tangy and flavorful. Just be aware they ship it on a wrapped flat (box) and 90% of the time the cans arrive serverly dented. I don't usually file a claim but it's a pain to open the cans.

Always good quality - the reason for the 4-star is that we occasionally get a case (maybe once a year) that is slightly hotter than the other cases - resulting in some adjustments to our sauces. But overall, this product remains about 98% consistent and we have used it for approximately four years.

This is a lot of chipotle peppers at a good price. They are quite flavorful and smoky as they should be. The heat is solid but not too intense.

Exactly what we were looking for, a top quality product.
