This is a good chipotle, nice and spicy and the Adobo sauce is tangy and flavorful. Just be aware they ship it on a wrapped flat (box) and 90% of the time the cans arrive serverly dented. I don't usually file a claim but it's a pain to open the cans.

Always good quality - the reason for the 4-star is that we occasionally get a case (maybe once a year) that is slightly hotter than the other cases - resulting in some adjustments to our sauces. But overall, this product remains about 98% consistent and we have used it for approximately four years.

Good size poblano peppers, whole, plump, firm. Flame roasted, easy to clean. These work great in all your poblano recipes. For canned, they have really good flavor and color. They work well stuffed or relleno, diced, stews/soups, etc.

This is a lot of chipotle peppers at a good price. They are quite flavorful and smoky as they should be. The heat is solid but not too intense.

Amazing with out Philly cheesesteak
Case or 2 or 3 is best way to proceed. peppers taste great, about 20 per can. will purchase again
This product was awful and I had 6 cans of them -- whatever was put in the can as a preservative changed both the taste, texture, and smell of these peppers -- it was somewhat like vinegar in taste and that taste unfortunately shined through to my chile rellenos. The only good thing was that there was a Food Bank I could donate these to, otherwise they were headed for the trash can. I've had canned poblanos before and they were nothing like this.
Misleading or not accurate description. Advertised as being in water. The label included in the website does not include ingredients. When I bought the product them I read under the lable and there it is the ingredients list. And it has added Sault it has added vinegar and they are marinated. I didn't need this. I needed roasted peppers without anything added since from them I will be making spreads and use them in food. Being advertised as just being in water tricked me to buy them. Not cool! I will be looking for other venues and I will be calling regardless of description in their website. I am including a picuter so you can see what you cannot from the product description in the website. I am very disappointed and feel cheated.

These whole green chilies are so good-- alone or in recipes! I love to stuff them with cheeses and then lightly bread them and panfry them and use them for "instant" quick recipes like Chile rellenos, etc. They are just so nice if you don't have fresh peppers on hand!
It's a big can of chilies. It's cheap and the quality is good. Even with shipping the prices is awesome. Most chilies nearly all their seeds removed, which I really like. They are well peeled and well roasted with good texture. I now live in MN and cannot find whole green chilies anywhere around here so I pick up a couple of these cans each year and freeze batches of them for on-demand use. Thank you WebstaurantStore!

Exactly what we were looking for, a top quality product. Webstaurantstore had the best pricing available on Chipotles in Adobo sauce, and the Del Sol brand are equal in quality to any other we have used in the past while coming in at a fraction of the cost. These will certainly become a recurring purchase.
Very nice consistent size. All the pieces are intact and would be suitable for stuffing. I minced and used them to braise pork which created a very nice verde sauce.

Love being able to buy these bigger cans, we use them for our green pork enchiladas. The first time I ordered the cans came all bent, but the second time they were all in good shape. We will be ordering these about every 4 months.
We stuff these peppers with choice of steak or chicken, rice and a Spanish ratatouille . We have increased our Taco Tuesday sales, by offering this dish as alternative option.
I ordered just one can of Del Sol diced Green Chile's to test the quality as canned chile's are usually terrible., but these are great. Only way they could be better is to roast them yourself. In the description they are described as hot chile peppers. I know that is a subjective statement, but I would call them a friendly medium heat chile. Delicious in stew, on sandwiches or scrambled in eggs. Great. Thanks
These Chili Peppers are really good used in our green chili hot sauce. The flavor and aroma when opening the can was evident and has us wanting more. Very easy to incorporate into our vinegar, salt and other ingredients in the recipe.
